When you submit feedback, we collect your first name, email, rating, review, and optional publication permission. Feedback is emailed to our team through FormSubmit; it is not automatically published. With your permission, your first name, rating, and review may be published after review. Your email is not published. Contact us to withdraw publication permission. When you submit a question, we collect your name, email, message, and permission to reply. When you submit a financing inquiry, we collect your first and last name, email, phone number, full property address, financing choice, property estimates, purchase price and down payment if provided, current interest rate if provided, estimated credit score range, current loan type, and contact permission.

Financing inquiries are stored in EquityLane’s access-restricted lead database so the team can respond to your request. Question and feedback forms continue to be processed by FormSubmit and emailed to equitylane18@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes submissions and provides spam protection. Please review FormSubmit’s privacy policy before submitting. Its documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days.

We use financing inquiry information to respond to your request and connect you with participating mortgage brokers and lenders. If you agree to the disclosure on the inquiry form, EquityLane may sell and share the inquiry details you submit, including your name, contact information, property details, financing request, and self-reported estimates, with participating mortgage brokers and lenders. EquityLane may receive payment for that sharing. Those companies may contact you by phone or email about your request and handle your information under their own privacy policies. This permission concerns your financing inquiry; it is not permission to market unrelated products. We record the disclosure version, the agreement text, and the time we received your agreement. Earlier inquiries remain subject to the permission originally provided; this update does not add permission to earlier submissions. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, or documents.

To ask about your information, request deletion, withdraw your agreement, ask us to stop future sale or sharing, or stop EquityLane follow-up, email equitylane18@gmail.com. You may also ask a broker or lender that has already received your inquiry to stop contacting you. Withdrawal does not recall information already shared. Deletion requests apply to records we control; service providers may have their own retention requirements.

No advertising analytics or tracking pixels have been added to this website. FormSubmit and its spam-protection providers may process technical information when you submit.
